That was fun. I got 67 the first time and 72 the second time. I thought I was faster than that. I always thought I could get a job typing if I go back to work. I think I'll take the test again.
Well, msm, I did have a life before kids and homeschooling. And a job. I did some typing then, but that's been 20plus years ago. It's hard to believe I've been out of the "workforce" that long. I'd love to get an at home job doing data entry or typing of some kind. Any ideas anyone?
MSM; MommySweetMom. When my middle child was a preschooler he would say "thanks-for-being-sweeter-than-you-have-to-be, Mom", and many versions of that. Teenage sister Jessica quickly picked up on the charm of it, and called me MommySweetMom herself whenever she WANTED something. It stuck, and the son-in-law came along and shortened it to MSM. I, of course, think it is a Perfectly Appropriate nickname.

I got 53 wpm. Thanks for the link. I haven't done one of these in a while.
That was fun. I typed 67wpm, but I thought I was faster than that.
My (now deceased) uncle worked in the office of a shipping company years ago. He typed 98 wpm!

PUH-leese, SuSu. I thought Renna was fast. You should be typing term papers for college students or something. How'd you get so fast??
Every single one of you did really well. I only got 30 wpm. Probably because I don't type right.
I've done it a couple of times, but this time I got a 52. (That was lower than my other scores)

I got 80. What up
Brandon, what IS IT with you and SuSu and your flying fingers?
Someone needs to make JessicaB take this test - she isn't listening to me.
Mom just took it and got 103, but she used to be a newspaper editor. sourpatch
I just had to take it again, I got 55. We're going up in speed! That's a good sign,........right?
sourpatch
Yeah, Elana, tell "mom" she's gonna have to prove that 103. She's gonna need to come over and let me SEE her type that fast!!!!
I know she was an editor, but she should be losing touch with her former skills like the rest of us OLD people!!!!
I'm gonna have to take that test again. (and again and again and again. . . )
