Wanting More? You Still Have Gifts To Open!!

I'm all for and about homemade gifts - either made personally (by Jessica), or bought from etsy or individual bloggers; I've purchased a goodly share of those gifts this year.

But for my internets, I enjoyed thumbing through the mountain of mail-order catalogs I've received since this holiday season began. I've picked out a few things for y'all -Renna, Muddy, Amy, Marilyn, Carol, Isledance, Natalie, Susan :

Renna, I thought you might enjoy this 550 piece jigsaw puzzle , but that may just be because I know I would like it. As a matter of fact, I'm actually getting this for Christmas! : )

This cashmere robe and shearling flower slippers will be warm and luxurious, and they'll sound dreamy when you describe wearing them in one of your Simple Woman Daybook posts.

Sorry for the continuing bird theme - I know there's more to you than that, but I couldn't resist this ornament.

I thought Muddy and her family would enjoy this authentic water blast arcade game. This is the same game found at theme parks that challanges your marksmanship as you shoot streams of water at the target.

For your second gift, I had picked out a cute advent elf calendar, but my kids vetoed that and said that you HAD TO HAVE these funny felt trolls.

And just for you - this snuggly bear body pillow; Enjoy him!

This Jim Shore star ornament 'looked like' Amy...

I know this one seems too obvious, but I'm sure you understand why this sculpture went into your gift pile. He's just about life-size and made of weather resistant resin/stone.

I know you are doing your own felting, but I still wanted to give you this finished product.




For Marilyn, I got these picnic-basket-shaped collapsible baskets and covers; so useful and so fun.



And I can't explain it, but this vintage cast iron soap dish with Savon de Marseille soap just kept ending up with you.

How cool is this rain chain?! You can replace a downspout with this; and the copper will acquire a beautiful green patina over time.

Carol, in a nod to your western decorating theme - these faux suede slippers embellished with embroidered flowers, and lined with cuddly soft faux sheepskin lining should make you feel even more home on the range.

You may miss out on a few laughs because of this gift : )

Isledance:

Don't let me forget: a gorgeous calendar from AIG, because I know how much you appreciate (and live in) the beauty of nature.

For my new, still-getting-acquainted friends, I did grab a couple of things for each of you that I think you'll like.

NATALIE

I got you a few Envirosax reusable bags (I think you must have to go to the store alot) and some adorable chocolate hedgehogs to treat yourself to something that somebody else made.
